Boiled, washed out pork. Lamb that looked like it had been bleached. Very disappointing!

Nice but rather small restaurant. Small menu but fresh is more important than a large choice with a microwave. Unusual for Portugal: with the meat and french fries they serve standard rice and some salad. Splendid view of the lake Alqueva from the terrace (esplenada). The restaurant has a lot of small stairs (1, 2 or 3 steps) so I would recommend it for people with disabilities. Totally unaccessible for wheelchairs!
