O Gaspacho

Great food and host. Everything is homemade and done with great care. Very lively atmosphere and a fantastic experience.

Very sweet restaurant/café with a lovely owner. We had Lunch there which was great value for money. Also the dessert was a typical portugese cake, which was really good :) We would come back.

Simple, delicious and relatively inexpensive. We had the gaspacho which was super refreshing, the tomato salad (easily the best I’ve ever had), spinach pie and sardines on toast. All were amazing and super fresh 👌

I was in Monsaraz on a quiet Sunday night recently, and finding O Gaspacho with the light on and door open was such a welcome treat. The owner obviously takes tremendous pride in his operation and the food, drinks, vibe, and cozy setting were all thoroughly enjoyable. Monsaraz is a gem of a town, and this place made my visit all the better.

Great place. Fairly cheap and everything was fresh, perfect for lunch. I ordered the gaspacho on the servers recommendation and it was delicious. Both the ham and cheese & honey on toast were great.
