Turismo rural pão e água is located in the heart of the Alentejo with breath taking landscapes is typical Alentejo. Dona Paula received us in a very kind and gentle way.the property, decorated with hunting scenes, is very spacy on the comun areas. Breakfast is diverse and very tastful with bread, hams, cheese, cakes and other typical specialities. The rooms could have a bit more space but are very comfortable. Great experience.

Great hospitality

Lovingly furnished guest house somewhere in the nowhere of Portugal. So more precisely in the nature reserve. You can enjoy wonderful tranquility. Since everything has to be bought yourself and there is no possibility to buy anything in this “village”, the historic town of Mertola, a few kilometers away, is worth a visit. Small cafes, mini markets everything you need. And you should ask the residents of the city about the bathing resort in the river. Is an insider tip

O Sr. Manuel muito simpático. O espaço agradável, no entanto os quartos precisam de alguma manutenção e limpeza a fundo (pelo menos o que o ocupámos) casa de banho, torneira com ferrugem....... Quanto ao pequeno almoço, ficou muito aquém 😔

A receção é muito boa, o Sr. Manuel é simpatia. A casa é muito agradável e a Aldeia é uma gracinha. A vizinhança é muito simpática e acolhedora. Gostamos muito da estadia.
