Ohai Nazaré Outdoor Resort

At the arrival there was not a propper briefing: we had to get the info we needed along the way, asking to whoever we could find...lack of coordination between services, what you are told by some staff does not match what is told at the reception. Bungallow was not cleaned during the stay, despite our request to do it (remove rubish, clean the floor; we stayed for 7 nights), only the bath towels were replaced...catering facilities were small for the resort's size: breakfast offer was poor, no fresh/natural orange juice, cheese was basic, no crunchy bread, all basic stuff like in a youth hostel...dinner offer was a bit better, but still the soups were not tasty. Bungallows were too many, too crowded, no space/privacy between them...swimming pool was small and with no blue bottom, it was white, not attractive...no recycling/separation points for rubbish, inside or near the bungallow. On the positive side, staff was always kind and ready to help. Bungallow was confortable, well equiped, all working well, with a nice balcony. The pine trees and hills were great, the space has a lot of potential. The management needs to look into getting a better, more effective, more detailed service: we were expecting some glamour, it was disappointing...

Perfect resort for our stay vacation this year..... loved it & the Glamping was exceptional!

Excelent for kids and families. Very clean and friendly staff. Did not mention there was a fee for the dogs dispite my message asking about it and the wifi kept crashing.

We're a family of 5 from Braga and have just had a weekend at Vale Paraiso - we all loved it. The chalets are beautiful and the beds are really comfortable. We booked directly so got a free breakfast every day - just great. Lots to do here and most activities are free, eg. padel, yoga, the pools, the gym. We're already planning to return - we were all so impressed. Such good value for money, friendly staff, beautiful place...we can't praise it enough.
