Very nice, fresh, fish and friendly service to an extremely reasonable price. Do not expect fancy food or atmosphere, however. I ate fresh sole from the grill, with a salad and vegetables as sides. The vegetables are fresh, but simply cooked - that's it. For me, the important thing (which I rated) was the fish and that was great.

It was a little misty the day I went, and id just walked the 3hrs from Zambujeira, so opted for the monkfish and tiger prawn pasta stew- which was delicious, hearty, and came in a lovely little casserole pot...put your name down as soon as you get there (aim to get there for 12.30, and avoid the waitlist), it gets busy, for good reason, but you can while away the wait with a couple of Super Bocks

Saw the signs when driving on the main road from Lagos. The restaurant had really good reviews so we were excited to try it. We arrived around 3pm so there was no wait. Unfortunately the service was slow and the quality not to the level we were used to from other coastal towns in Portugal.
