The technical staff were friendly enough, the lady on the till clearly doesn't possess any people skills. Selection of light bulbs was comprehensive. Maybe a fitment chart or reference for vehicles would help identify what I needed to buy. I'm going there again tomorrow, so well see if it was a 1off or not... I went the next day and was pleasantly surprised. A different lady at the till with a higher standard of customer service. The technical team did a good job on my car, so I'm upping the stars from 3 to 4. Having tried to fit the headlights they worked on it turns out they've lost 4 of my nuts to secure the headlights. Stay clear to be honest. I won't be using them again. Down to 2 stars.

Norauto in Almada: I made an appointment, was told when the car would be ready. They did not try to up sell any additiomal unnecessary work and the car was ready when promissed. I am extremely satisfied. By the way, not all Norauto locations are the same. Three years ago in Coimbra I needed a new battery. They tried to sell me a starter. I changed the battery and still have the same starter.

Really nice place to go, prices are ok and they have very good batteries over there, also if you need a check up in your car they can do it as well.
