Garage Culture

As I am a big fan of live music I was pleasantly surprised to find this excellent place right at the center of Sesimbra in Portugal. They have live music events every week and the venue looks fabulous. Lara and Pedro, the two bartenders, surprised me with the special house cocktail recipes (I got a taste of coriander, pepper and anise in one of them!). I would recommend the Chorizo assado (cooked at the table) if you want a traditional Portuguese snack or try the salads or homemade desserts with a glass of wine. Ask the owners about the vintage prosciutto slicer or the German coffee machine on display at the bar (nearly 100 years old and still in perfect working condition!)
