Luxury Place Sesimbra

Bought a house through them. There are a few issues - so back to the main review then. Bought a "new" house from them, and here are a few of the issues that happened: 1. when visited it had a fridge and many other utilities which the Luxury Place agent said was part of the price. It wasn't on the day we bought the house they were all gone. 2. Then one the day of signing and getting the keys the owner was still there. Apperantly the communication was awful. As the owner was still there in that so called "new, just build house" 3. There was a plot next to our house which was 100 percent sure according tonthe agent that it was abandoned and that there were no plans to build and that there wouldn't be. Also a lie. 4. The house has building errors, the pavement against the walls of the house are dropping due to bad construction which for a so called new house shouldn't happen. And a few other things, but to keep it short, I. Bring back the original review as the owner of the Luxury Places contacted me to try to solve the poor quality in the house but he ghosted so there you go. This was one of the worst experiences I had. And I know I shouldn't be surprised as realtors have the tendency to lie to make the sell but this is just ridiculous. I didn't feel like writing this review and wasting my time on this but people really need to learn how to take responsibility for their actions and lies.

Não é meu hábito fazer comentários em causa própria. No entanto tenho que dizer que acredito que a grande maioria dos nossos clientes reconhece que prestamos um serviço de qualidade, dentro do que nos é permitido resolver desde que a documentação esteja em ordem, porque quando isso não acontece, temos que nos sujeitar aos prazos e dificuldades que afectam o comum dis mortais.
