Sitting in an open air cafe, enjoying a beer and listening to jazz while admiring this splendid statue, in honour of fallen Portuguese soldiers, which is located on this beautiful Lisbon thoroughfare. To the fallen - cheers 🍻

Fabulous statue. Great open space within the city. Very close to all the main shops and restaurants

... what is there to say, it is a statue, it's big and beautiful, nice to see, but not something you need to see when you visit Lisbon. Not disrespecting that is is a monument for war victims, but yeah, just a statue.
