GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! As there aren't many large villas in Vilamoura that can accommodate a large party like ours, every year we book this villa way in advance. We were due to stay in July but as at that time there was no "air bridge", we decided not to travel. It was quite upsetting to all of us as we were very much looking forward to our stay. Jay, the owner, explained us about the law that the Portuguese Government passed for cases like this and since he sent us all the legal documentation, we successfully managed to get a full refund from our insurance company. Without waiting for the refund to arrive we immediately booked the villa for 2021. We've also managed to get our flights changed to next year without being charged. Jay was amazing as all the extra services we had booked for this year were moved to next year's booking free of charge, many thanks for the great customer service jay and keep it safe.

UTTERLY DISCUSTED!!! Booked this accommodation in January (PRE-COVID) for a stay in September for 19 people to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. During lockdown we feared for our trip until the British governments announcement to open the air bridge when we thought we were in a position to look forward to our holiday. During these times Jay the owner contacted us regarding the pre-arrival procedures which formed part of his T&C’s . Whilst we would have been happy to comply fully, we became aware that the airbridge was under threat due to Portugal’s high R rate and requested an extension of time until further announcements were made to confirm if it was safe to travel. When quarantine was reintroduced it became very apparent that Jay did not care if we were in a crisis with a GLOBAL PANDEMIC he was keeping all the money!! We requested a refund -REFUSED!! We asked for a transfer to the corresponding date the following year - REFUSED!! €7100 for his villa to lie empty. 19 flights to Faro for next year no accommodation. This has became a very upsetting, stressful and expensive saga for us all I fully expect the owner to reply to this post as he enjoys having his say! For this particular owner T&C’s overrule morals

Have just returned from this amazing villa and we enjoyed every minute of it. Originally we had booked to stay in May but as there were no flights due to the pandemic, Jay (the owner) was very accommodating and allowed us to stay in September and we only had to pay the difference between May's rate and September's. I strongly recommend this place

Stayed at this fabulous Villa with 24 family members, just amazing not one issue and the owner Jay was great and answered everyone of our questions, concerns , queries and was excellent, cant wait to return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It exceeded our expectations. The van is an added bonus. Everything worked well and was comfortable. The process - booking, information, check in and check out - was all very efficient. As I say, we are very interested in coming back next year so please keep us informed of availability.
