Ilovesup Benagil

An amazing experience for my birthday. Marcio is a really good guide providing clear instructions on how to get the most out of our experience, he also knows the area well and explained about each cave, the names and how they were formed. You don't need to worry about photos because Marcio knows all the good photo spots and will take them for you. This was a short trip to Portugal but this day was worth it. We can't wait to go back to the #benagilcaves and take another tour. See more soon on instagram @supcurious

That Tour was such a great experience!! Marcio explained everything so easy to understand and he guided us very relaxed and friendly. Even though i had never tried SUP before and there were some waves, i got along so fine! I enjoyed exploring the caves this way especially because you feel much closer to nature than going by boat. I totally recommend!

Truly amazing for my unique experience on the paddle boat with my coach Marcio . Got his name from the facebook page Ilovesup was easy and all went well today Sunday early morning at 9.30 for 2 hours and made a lot of beautiful pictures from the trip by Marcio. Don't miss out .
