Butchers Almancil

I’ve ordered the wagyu steak as main dish, I’ve asked for a medium but received a medium well. That’s why this won’t be a 5 star rating. The steak itself tasted really good tho! The staff is friendly. I would recommend the apple crumble as dessert or the chocolate mouse.

Very disappointed. We have wait a long time to get served. Cowboy beef meal was supposed to be 1kg but we had a small peace in our plate. Service was best effort. I do not recommend

This was a very mixed experience. My wife asked for Ribeye well done and it arrived all cut up into very thin slices and in bits. When we complained, their explanation was that was the only way to do well done ribeye. Well we know that is not the case, I cook her well done ribeye all the time and so does every other restaurant. The rest was fine or very good. The 1 star is for the very poor response by the staff.
