Visited the shop to buy a 5000e electric bike, they said they would make enquiries to confirm my size was in stock, never got back to me even after me emailing twice more, to remind them. Bought the bike elsewhere their loss. Avoid

Excellent! Called them up on a saturday afternoon, they spoke good english and came to my apartment and fixed my bike then and there within 2 hours of calling them!! Cheap as well, highly recommend!

Does friendly customer service exist in Loulé?! I walk up to closed gates at 15h00, when it says they are supposed to be open. While I'm staring at the signs on the door to read the business hours, i notice 3 guys standing still, talking to each other. I ask them if the store is closed (it's Monday), and one guy says "I'm going to open it now", and continues having a conversation with the other two guys. I left. I Will spend my money at a large corporate store, and your small store will go out of business because you lack respect, acknowledgement, and customer service. (I live in the neighborhood - estação de Loulé - so I'm not just a tourist leaving a disgruntled review)
