I have not found cheaper in Olhão and frankly, for the price of 5.50 € for a dish of the day + drink + dessert + coffee, it is a feat to offer this to customers. So, yes, it's true, there are a lot of breaded meats or fish but the cook knows her job well and the rice cooking is excellent. Frankly, I have eaten for much more in Olhão and have not had better. An excellent address, an excellent quality / price ratio!
