We have met 2 ladies there, one with dark hair and one with chestnut hair. The one with dark hair is surely the worst person I have ever met in Portugal. She might be good with dogs but she needs MAJOR customer service training with people. After refusing to deal any longer with her, which took 4 minutes we were seen by the other lady who was very good even though she filled the pet passport on the wrong place. Let's say if we lived in the area we would not want that vet for our 2 dogs. Find somewhere else if you can

Super atendimento. Num dia cheio de consultas e sem marcação atenderam-nos sem entraves. Ajudaram muito o nosso cão com o que julgamos ter sido um ataque de epilepsia. Dra. Teresa, Simpática e super profissional e muito doce com os animais. recomendo a toda a gente. se estiverem por perto e for preciso de certeza que vao ser bem atendidos.

All rip-offs, even if they help, they are only helping themselves at the expense of the sick. Thanks to the system, to the schools and universities that make it all possible! My tip: Have the animal treated first, that always has priority! Then you can give what you can. But not what is on the bill! Because I don't finance the expensive SUV for the doctors ^^

During my vacation in Portugal, I found a little cat that was very thin and dehydrated. After a short research, I found this practice. Unfortunately it was closed for 10 minutes.
