I did a single trail tour which was great. I really liked the bike and the shuttle service was well organized. I never rode so many awesome trails in such a short time. But I cannot really tell you who the guide was because he did not really introduce to us, what his name is and what kind of tour we're going to do. This was a little bit disappointing because I already did guided tours and the guides have always been much more personal and communicative. The guys did a great job in riding trails and organizing the tour but they did not seem to be interested in doing social interaction and that's a pity because from my point of view this belongs to a guided tour. And I also have to say that I would expect at least first aid from the guides rather than fixing the bike after I fell off the bike at the end of the tour. It was of course my fault that I fell but in my opinion the first reaction from the guide should be that he is concerned about my health and not about the bike. Therefore I cannot fully recommend your tours because of the experience which I made. I hope that my Feedback helps you to improve your tours.

The owner Jeremy and the guide Claudio are super nice and easy to handle! We did a daytour and rented bikes there. They know the island and the trails very good and adjust the tour to your level. They also build and take care of the trails in the western part of Madeira. You can contact them via Instagram.
