Very good location, but facilities are poor and the room was not cozy. We chose this place because of the good location, the free parking lot and the good price. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the shower was surprisingly good. At night, we opened the windows for some breeze, and because there were no nets on the windows, we had mosquito bites all night, until we turned on the air conditioner. The A/C was terribly loud. That wasn’t a good night sleep.

A beautiful hotel with helpful staff, but it's very cold and draughty. If they updated the electrics and installed central heating and air con for the summer, then they could list this grand old dame, as a boutique hotel. Also, it's advertised as a B&B, but breakfast was not offered.

Antonio is a very gentle host, the structure is old and nice, well cleaned with an amazing view on the ancient Roman acqueduct. The position is good nearby University and parking is easy. Free wifi in the rooms and a common kitchen available.

Staff are lovely and really helpful. It's in a great location, close to the University and Botanic Gardens. Rooms are simple but nice, with wooden furnishings.

Great value for the price, clean and nice staff. The parking lot, although roofless, is safe and very convenient.
