Waiting times may take up to 5hours but you don’t have to doubt about their honest and good will. Special thanks to Dr.Petro, Dr.Gomes and others who took care on us.

This is review is only directed at the administration as I have not see any practitioners yet. I had waited about 4 months for an appointment and due to unforeseen circumstances was unable to attend, I tried contacting the hospital but there was no phone number or email on the confirmation letter. However after finding a number via Google I phoned and as I speak basic Portuguese, why not? The first responder understood immediately and transferred me appropriately and alas the person who received my call refused to understand my Portuguese and when I said "Do you speak English" put the phone down! Not the most professional of employees.

Nice professionals doing their best

My first kid was born there and the experience was perfect. The nurses were very kind and dedicated and all the medical staff assisted very well my wife and the boy in the birth. The catering service (contractor) was not that good, since we requested vegetarian option to the meals and basically all the meals they took it wrong (bringing meat or fish).

My wife and I are on holiday.she was rushed into hospital with abdominal problems and received excellent service. The staff were brilliant Thank you
