Parque das Nações

Beautiful. A narrow strip of trees and Waterfountains stretching over about one kilometer or more with plenty of opportunities to sit, rest and enjoy the weather.

Park of Nations, Lisbon’s Parque das Nações was designed to accommodate the World Exposition of 1998 and is now the home for many corporate buildings. It also attracts locals and tourists with many activities that will fill both days and nights. Lisbon Oceanarium, is one of the main attractions, MEO Arena where many of the city’s biggest concerts indoor stadium, Lisbon Casino, Vasco da Gama Bridge, which is longest bridge in Europe, it extends 11 miles (17.7 kilometers). Cable car, here also you can jogging down the boardwalk along the river.

This is a very interesting place for it's architectural nature, it's symbolism and simply by it's natural beauty by the river. It's not big nor it has hills (different from the rest of Lisbon) so walking here is a breeze. It also has lots of trees to shade you from the usually scorching sun. So, nice, well connected and full of History. A must go
