A very, very, very good hotel, unfortunately the influx of tourists to Altai led to the appearance of the same type of hotels, bases, inns, most often even without any amenities with a terrible level of service, so I was very surprised when I settled in Oblaka, I was on a business trip, therefore the included breakfast is very handy, in fact, each room is a full-fledged apartment with everything you need, in the kitchen there is a set of dishes, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a sink, a washing machine in the toilet, a set of towels and everything else ... pros: Steady Wi-Fi Polite, helpful and nice staff Fresh and new furniture in the rooms Clean and comfortable Location - close to everything from the M52 to the grill and transport interchange minuses: did not find

An excellent hotel in the city of Biysk, I recommend to all guests of the city. Booked the hotel quickly, friendly reception staff. There is a parking for cars, guarded, closed. The room is excellent, suitable for both two and three. The room has everything you want: a kitchen with everything you need (microwave oven, dishes, sink, kettle), a comfortable double bed, in the bathroom (shower, shower accessories), there is a table and chairs, TV, air conditioning, and there is second floor with 1 bed for a third person. The room is cozy and warm. The room rate includes breakfast. The reception offers three options for breakfast at a convenient time for guests, which I have not seen in other hotels on my travels, except for hotels with a buffet. The location of the hotel is convenient. I wish you successful growth for the Oblaka apart-hotel and recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful hotel, I would say the best in town. Cozy rooms with everything you need, courteous and helpful staff. The in-room kitchen provides more freedom. Breakfasts are simple but tasty and satisfying. Convenient location. From the maps it seems that this is completely the edge of geography, but this is not so: a couple of minutes - and you are on one of the main streets of the old center, where transport stops, shops, cafes, parks, theaters, museums are nearby. If you don't feel like walking, that's fine too). I came to "Clouds" to rest, spend several days alone with myself in comfortable conditions, taking my time nowhere for once - and got what I wanted. Now, heading to Biysk, I will consider this place first)

The hotel is in a great location. In the historical part of the city. Everything is within walking distance. Nearby cafes, historical buildings, parks. Shoe factory nearby - I recommend to go to the company store. The hotel is new, the room is comfortable. There is a washing machine, we have a kitchen. Breakfast is normal. There is also something not very pleasant: there will be no view from the windows either on the first floor or on the second. You need to be ready for this

Stop ☕️ in the clouds ... and? I flew Biysk always at a speed of 90-120 km per hour🦋, slightly slowing down according to the speed limit🚨. But not on this day🕳. I was driving for 8 hours and it was the limit⌛️ ... The emotions that I experienced from this hotel are difficult to convey in words💎, but I will try to name only four of the many: 1️⃣ - I was just a guest, welcome and long-awaited (kettle, cups, tea, water, cutlery, bathroom accessories, soft towels, washing machine, desk ... 📖🖋 everything was in the quantity and quality that was needed and made for the traveler ); 2️⃣ - the staff's desire to make your stop pleasant and cozy amazed. You are a welcome guest here, not a client; 3️⃣ - breakfast in your room with a cup of freshly brewed coffee ☕️, which returns the desire to smile to the whole world 💕; 4️⃣ - a cozy bed with gentle sheets that does not want to let you go from the kingdom of Morpheus 😴; all my 6 senses 😉 were happy: 1) Vision (pleasant tones in the environment, everything is harmonious) 2) Hearing (silence and only the sounds of the night through the window I opened) 3) Smell (pleasant smell of comfort in the room) 4) Taste (complementary tea set added a touch of cheerfulness ....) 5) Tactile (everything that you touch is pleasant for the touch) 6) Vestibular feeling (yes, this feeling was amazed, the room has two floors 🥰 and the mystery and separation of space ...) All of this contributed to the creative process and the completion of chapter 5 of my "BBW" diary.
