The option where I was settled with a small child cost a maximum of 800 rubles, and that would not have settled for nothing. For the dorm room they asked for 1400, without conditions, dirty! According to the photo, we agreed on another apartment, I didn’t pay attention at all to where I had come from, I just wanted to bring my things and leave on business, because the city was passing through! No one apologized. The service is disgusting!

I read a review about the place where I stayed below, namely, we are talking about an apartment at Sovetskaya 35, and I was surprised what this was about. A beautiful two-room apartment, in a new building, everything is clean, normal bedding (not snow-white, of course, as I stayed, for example, in Novosibirsk), it was given out there in an individual package, and normal tasty-smelling linen is really normal. The bathroom is good, well, for the price that I paid, 1800 per day, it's very good, even if it's honestly very strange after the review that I read below. Really nice apartment. Over 1800 !!! Guys, I paid 2400 for such an apartment in Novosibirsk, I have something to compare with. So I write on my own behalf: a good apartment, a good agency (they met me at the bus station for an additional fee of 50 rubles), I was with a suitcase, they saw me off, everything is fine, I was pleased to communicate with the employee and live in this apartment.

Unfortunately I can’t put minus five stars, otherwise I would, because it was the worst experience in my life. I’m telling ... we rented an apartment for 21 one day on Sovetskaya35, and we lived in it for 7 days. Because this apartment is infected! We found a platinum louse in it !!! For several days we found small insects on the bed and clothes, thinking that we had windows open and that it was just a midge flying from the street. But one morning the chapel came and we were not too lazy to take these insects for examination at the SES, where they told us that it was a platinum louse. The agent moved us to a one-room apartment for the duration of the processing, and then they generally said that the apartment would be in quarantine and we would have to huddle in the one-room apartment for the remaining time. So that you understand we came from abroad and we have 5 huge suitcases and two children. A one-room apartment is not an option! No compensation for non-pecuniary damage was provided, moreover, the director denied that there were any lice there and suggested we terminate the contract by renting this apartment to other people. As a result, we went to another agency, which we are very happy about. The difference in service is enormous! If you do not want to go through the circles of hell, bypass the agency "Good day".
