High level service center. Friendly staff. High-quality work of masters. The price tag is acceptable. Arrived at the appointed time, registration took 1 minute. The repair took 30 minutes. The car was returned clean and washed. A trifle, but nice. Another nice little thing is free coffee. I love this service center.

I went to Okami for a car wash, the staff is very polite and customer-oriented, I especially want to mention Yana, the customer service manager. But the work of the car wash raised questions, I put 5 only because they fixed all the shortcomings without unnecessary red tape.

Extensive service experience in this salon. In 2014, they changed the door and sidewall for me here by car. They did everything well, but they didn’t guess a little with paint. Understanding people saw that the car was colorful. But they painted it qualitatively - only after 5 years the paint began to peel off in the arch area from the end. Service is unreasonably expensive, but, probably, this is the case with all officials. Recently I went to the spring service for 1000 rubles and did not give the car 2.5 hours. At the same time, half of the untruth was written. In general, wasted time and money. A malfunction was burning on the electric power steering. So they didn’t even dump her, referring to the fact that the diagnostician is at the weekend and works only on weekdays) While waiting, they wanted to do a Solaris test drive, which was idle, but they did not let us in, explaining that the test drive was only by appointment. They suggested arriving in 2 hours))) For 2.5 hours, while we were waiting for service, no one conducted a test drive. And while there were three managers in the sales department. As a result, the official service is needed only for new cars to make marks in the service book for the first 3 years for sale. Prices are exactly twice as high as in a regular service. Parts are also better to carry your own. From the pluses: friendly staff, a large clean room of the showroom, more or less quality repairs. Of the minuses: expensive, the policy of working with potential customers (in my case, a test drive) is not always clear.
