Very long service. Of the five specialists in the operating room, only two work with clients. They serve very slowly, they sat in line for an hour. People come and go without waiting. What is it, the bank has problems with specialists?

The offer came from a multi-card bank with a nominal limit. It agreed. A week later they wrote to come and take away. Two times I came to say they are ready, but they do not give it away. What's the catch?
