3 weeks made the card, an SMS came that the card was delivered, came to the bank, oh, but your card is not yet there, they asked for my phone number to contact when the card arrives, how did they send me an SMS if my number was not in the database or they passed it .. and somewhere. As a result, I received it almost a month later. I took the card "Within 30 minutes your card will be activated", in the evening before work I check the card does not work, the next morning I call in and say the card does not work, which they answer me that for some reason it has not yet been activated, 2 more days have passed, I am waiting for activation ...
