The staff is low-skilled, they act very impudently, by the method of deception and persuasion, pressing on the weaknesses and needs of people, they "sniff" obviously unfavorable offers for the consumer. They work slowly and uncertainly, do not have objective information about the bank's products. I had a better opinion of VTB.
