The senior operations manager Ishmametyev Andrey Evgenevich, to whom I addressed 05/07/2019, spoiled the impression about the whole bank! I absolutely do not understand what this employee does in his position, when he does not have basic skills, to communicate competently with the client. Moreover, he made me come for 4 days in a row and find out a decision on my question (although I left two contact numbers with a request to keep up to date), so I also allowed myself to show my irritation and swear several times. I would like to say thanks to his colleague Anastasia for the quick and professional solution of our issue. Professional girl!

We planned to make a partial-early repayment of the mortgage on the day of writing off the payment on schedule. As a result, we were denied, arguing that the write-off has already passed and the program does not allow us to print out an application for early repayment.
