I was here 2 times. The first sold the wrong bearings, but this is a trifle, others easily bought. The second time I bought a bicycle rim for 2000 rubles, at home, when I put an asterisk, it turned out that the bushing is a curve and the asterisk rotates by an eight millimeters by 3-4. The store basically refused to talk about this, no return, no exchange. It's a shame that they sold a low-quality product for good money and answered, they say, look carefully when buying a defect.

I work in the bike shop myself, and I know the law. But please explain to your employees what bike and motorcycle equipment is and what bike parts are. If the product, namely the spare part, remains in the same form as purchased (it was not used), then it can be returned within 14 days.
