I live in the upper pyshma and went with my son to Yekaterinburg in the mega in the children's world! I bought a toy knocker "forest owl" to print and did not check it, the box was still pasted over with tape! Strange right? But I didn't get enough time to check, even after that, the toy costs more than 700 r and the store seemed to me to be responsible for the quality! But it turned out not !!! The toy was only opened the next day and the hammer was not there! And they don't solve my problem! I called the store and they told me to go back to us, write your applications and we will consider and then let you know! Are you seriously? I have to go again for my money, and at least two more times! This is how you solve problems and it's your fault !!! And my child is now without a toy !!! Tell me where else you can turn ????

A disgusting store, bought things for a child through the online store service, everything came in a different size, employees can’t explain anything, they can’t even order another size, they couldn’t even return the money right away. Obviously there are not enough employees, the line of dissatisfied customers is endless, everyone returns the goods. Who didn’t get what they ordered from someone else in a completely different size. I will not take anything else in this network and I do not advise everyone.

Good online kids world. There are promotions on toys. Large selection of shoes and clothes. Yesterday we bought a bracelet for a child’s hand, the price was written around 1900, but they hit us at 2200.
