On hull insurance we signed up for an inspection on October 8 in this salon. The reception was hosted by Olga Z. from the planet auto ford company. She gave a list of authorized services, from which I had to choose which car to repair. In the list, I found only one that repairs the desired brand. I asked Olga what purpose I had given them to make a choice that does not exist. The classic answer inherent in an employee who, due to his particular character, cannot, but is forced to work with people: "I do not have time to look for you service." There was little time, so I did not call the leader of this young lady. At any other time, I stop communicating with such personnel and work with more client-oriented specialists.

In general, the salon is not bad, I bought a car from them in early August, a good option for the price and equipment turned up. The staff are intelligent, the manager did not try to hang noodles, took enough time and answered all the questions. There were no hiccups with the design either, everything was done at the place, no running around and hassle. No complaints, you can apply!

Perfect place. All work is done efficiently and on time. On the negative side, they do not carry out work that apparently does not fit into the standard list.

I stopped by to buy consumables. Spent an hour - the price tag became lower than before, the time began to go 2-2.5 times more! Everyone decides for himself what is more important for him at a particular moment.

Excellent staff, real professionals. Acceptable prices. They have a promotion, information about which is posted on the planeta-avto.biz website: I have been using it myself for the last 5 years.
