Serving here as soon as 2 years from the date of car purchase. 2019 32 thousand mileage, polo sedan. There were problems with the car. Everything was clearly and without any questions repaired under warranty. I always serve at Ilya Kuznetsov's - an excellent specialist in his field, many thanks to him, he will explain everything, tell you how best. Everything is always on time. I love my car very much and I always follow and worry about what happened to him. When I ask you to stand, look in the workshop, they never refuse. There are also great specialists, I managed to communicate with them. Calm, responsive and dexterous in doing the job. The car is always clean after repair / maintenance, washed outside and under the hood. The only remark to administrators is that they do not always correctly orientate themselves on the price by phone.

I changed my Mitsubishi Lancer X trade-in to VW Tiguan. The car was appreciated adequately. Yes, perhaps a self-sale would have brought more money, but in my case the priority was to save time, with which the Gulf Stream helped. The difference in price was compensated by a loan from their bank, the terms of lending are quite pleasant. In general, I am happy with everything, thank you for your help and a new car.

Finally, I took up the issue of noise isolation on the Polo. I turned to Volkswagen officials, where I bought a car and I always go through MOT. The price tag for the installation of Shumkov turned out to be quite acceptable. They also met the deadlines, they generally have no problems with this, by the way. I've been driving for a week and a half, it's quiet in the cabin now, it's a pleasure.

For any questions with a car, I come to the Gulfstream auto center, they are great fellows, they work quickly and efficiently. Yesterday I dropped in to replace the wheel bearing. The master quickly changed everything, and when I returned to pick up the car, he gave me a couple more tips for the future. And from the administrator, as usual, - polite smiles and good mood! :)
