Not competent, boorish staff. Can not perform simple operations. I lost my visa gold salary card, made a reissue of the card through Sberbank online. I came to this branch of the Savings Bank and it began here. Initially they demanded a written justification from me for what purpose the reissuance of the card was made. Then they could not find the card, forced to go to another branch where this card was originally drawn up. I arrived at the office at Vorovskogo, where they told me that this card had not been received by them according to the information of the bank; I come again to Darwin and the map turns out to be with them. As a result, I was given a card. To get it, I had to spend a lot of time.

And I like this branch of a savings bank. Always friendly staff, fast queue, though the terminals are crowded with people.

Endless queue. Service is slow. Not very competent staff. Branch is not the best. Appealed more than once. I had to eventually go to another branch. Sberbank solve the problem.

This Sberbank is the filthiest in the city. It feels like they don't know how to work and act like they are being asked to work normally
