I am writing to be heard by the heads of the clinic! Dear managers, thank you for the specialists, for their responsiveness and professionalism! For technical equipment! But I want to complain about the administrators, they communicate rudely, do not own the situation, set the time for an appointment with a doctor without reference to the actual work, and then call and reschedule the appointment, despite the fact that you have already adjusted all your affairs and most importantly agreed on the time for a week. And then 1 hour is left before the reception and the call “sorry the doctor cannot accept, there’s not much time allocated for your appointment,” and to the question WHY? the answer is "all questions to the doctor" !!!! And I didn’t even communicate with the doctor! And so constantly! We have been using your services with the whole family for several years and constantly the same thing. Administrators do not want to solve their problems and look for ways out of situations!

The clinic is the most expensive and most advertised. Of the benefits there is nothing but the ability to make CT scan of the teeth. The fourth wisdom tooth has broken here (they don’t get accustomed to me), I haven’t experienced such hell for all 5 years of visits to dentists before. The previous three wisdom teeth were pulled out by 3 different specialists in three different parts of Russia, from the evil doctors at the army medical board in one of the village in Yakutia, the newly graduated young doctor in Oryol regional dentistry and an experienced doctor in a frequent clinic in the city of Zheleznogorsk. By the way, each work took about 10 minutes with anasthesia. But for the first time I saw such 3.14zdets for such money, after surgery I was afraid to go to the dentists for almost a year. For 6K rubles, I was pulled out a wisdom tooth in 4 hands that walked in my mouth causing vomiting reflexes. The doctor and the assistant did not let up during the operation to talk about their bytovuha, as the daughter of a neighbor went somewhere and began to swell, what a good daughter she has and so on. With the mouth completely open, 4 hands in it, choking on saliva and fixed to the head, they ask me: "Do I feel well?" How do I answer? Foot to wave? I do not recommend!

I treated my teeth according to LCA. After such treatment the tooth began to hurt, which did not disturb before. He later had to be re-treated in another clinic, but the sensitivity was not restored.
