Не рекомендую данную компанию! to rent a car from Прокат 005, they also charge an additional fee and they want to driver License from another state. In fact, I have new a Russian driver's license in this year.

To rent a car from Прокат 005, they also charge an additional fee and they want to driver License from another state. In fact, I have new a Russian driver's license in this year, Turns out, because I don't have international passport of russian federation.
