Terrible bank! I live permanently in Germany. Came on vacation. I wanted to change the euro for rubles. I took off 100 euro bills at an ATM in Germany. Good quality bills are intact, not torn. They refused in a rude manner. They said that the banknotes should be of perfect quality, practically only printed. The same banknotes were exchanged at the Khanty-Mansiysk bank without any problems. I do not advise you to contact this bank! Don't waste your time and nerves! HAMS WORK HERE !!!
