Hello! The wife took her GLC for the second TO. On the driver's door, the threshold on the threshold has dropped: Mercedes. By itself at the sink. Brought the car for MOT, asked to glue the bar. They did it, they didn't stick the bar. The wife took the car. She was advised to stick it on the double-sided tape herself !!! Guys! Double-sided tape!!! This is something new in the service! I arrived, paid, advised to stick it on double-sided tape! This is a service! Mercedes !!!

I registered for the service. Came, the master said that the sensor on the rear lever does not work and the engine does not want to work normally. After an hour of waiting and two hours of work, I was told that the sensor is not working on the lever, and the engine is normal. I ask why the engine was not determined, say the master on vacation. The question is why to write down the car, if there are no experts ??? As a result, a day was lost, and an extra 700 km had to be waved. Not serious! The customer was given a star for free coffee.

The sales manager for Smart cars would have been better able to trade on the market. Working with potential car buyers is definitely not hers. 1) On test drive instead of a two-seater car, rolls out a four-seater with words - It's the same only four-seater. 2) On the test drive a two-seater car signed up for a week. Arriving on the appointed day and time it turned out that we are not expected at all. As a result, the purchase of the car was postponed for another time to another dealer. P.S. And about a year earlier, drove his Smart for two car to full diagnosis, as a result of a broken car. And after it turned out that the diagnosis was done not by a specialist in diagnostics, but by a master of car acceptance, and also tried to hang up all the expenses for me.
