Called an electrician on November 1st. The lamp did not work. They took the money for the challenge, but did not fix anything. Dig deeper into the lamp for 5 minutes. Type there is no part you need. I went and bought it. I started to install it myself, and there it just went away! No part needed. They refuse to return the money. They are also rude. Disgusting office. Don't mess with, find normal masters. "1" is a lot of it for these eccentrics.
