I tried to apply for a mortgage in your bank, sent the documents for consideration on April 27 (the documents were not left the first time, since the box was constantly full) Then I repeatedly wrote in the feedback form and called the burning line, they promised me that an employee of the mortgage department would contact me, but no one contacted me. I resubmitted the documents on May 19 and 20 (again not the first time, since the box was again full). He called again several times, they promised me that an employee of the credit department would contact me, but did not contact me either by phone or by e-mail. As a result, on May 25, a call center operator connected me to the mortgage department (why couldn’t I have done it earlier ?!), they found my documents there, but due to the fact that I’ve been trying to contact you for a month, my inquiries are out of date and I need to collect a new set of documents! Please deal with the negligence of employees who provided me with incorrect information by phone and chat and did not connect me to the right department !! Please deal with the negligence of employees who missed my documents! Please deal with the negligence of employees who are unable to maintain electronic communication resources in good working order! Waiting for feedback!
