No money, no receipts that the laptop was returned. The application was sent to Rospotrebnadzor, the appeal was left through the MVideo website, the hotline specialists recognize me by my voice! The store director frankly does not care about this situation))) The store never called me to somehow resolve the issue. It is unrealistic to get through to them, I made up to 50 (!!!) calls per day, just for the sake of interest, whether I’ll get through or not. In general, go around this store like the plague pit.

I purchased goods in this store via the Internet. With online payment. Optical goods and delivery. The order was made in the evening at 20 o'clock. I waited for a call to order, but alas, they did not call that day. What. What are the failures and so on and so forth. After waiting 20 or 30 minutes. The manager is already behind the checkout and serving clients. Looks like everything was scored on my order. Then I realized that there was nothing to catch there and asked to return the money to me to cancel the order. To which I was told that now everything will be fixed and the order will be canceled. But now the evening of the next day and no one knows what is happening. In the afternoon I phoned the store directly and they answered that a senior service specialist would contact me. The store is bad!
