Immediately I want to say how we were met at the reception, the girl was so "satisfied", there was a feeling that it would be better if we did not come. If you are not happy with something, then you do not need to work with people. In the morning I decided to go to the shower (I'm attaching everything to the photo) I took a towel, there is a hole. You can keep an eye on this, not the eatery you have. Then they brought us breakfast, there was also a stain on the cover with the appliances, you can't bring a normal cover, clean people for breakfast. Then I also lost an earring in the room, but this is my fault, there are no questions to the hotel about this, but the fact that I called and wrote just to find out, perhaps they found an earring, did not answer on September 27, only answered on September 28 during the day. They wanted to hang things in the closet, but the closet, surprisingly, did not work. I will tell you this, all these things are striking and immediately repel a good impression of our hotel. Maybe we were so unlucky, but I can say with confidence that I cannot recommend your hotel to anyone.
