The temple is located on the territory of a large medical institution of the city - City Clinical Hospital No. 1. There is a sisterhood of mercy in the temple in honor of the venerable martyr Grand Duchess Elizabeth and her associate nun Barbara. At present, a draft design for the reconstruction of the church building has been developed. In the front of the temple, it is planned to build a second floor where the choir will be located. A belfry is planned to be built above the entrance. A large dome will be installed over the central part.
