the judge is not independent. Even if there are substantial arguments in favor of the plaintiff, an unknown person may come to the session, talk (read to give instructions), and the judge will obediently execute the illegal decision.

Even recognizing that there was a violation of the court decision, the judges of this court decided to forgive and pardon the person who walks and says that we can rub one place under our court decision and that we will see the children on its terms, and not by court order.
