Not a branch, but a sharashkin office. Not a single notice of the parcel came. As you wish, so guess. Today I found out that my package was lying there for a month and went back to Novosibirsk. Ordered on Aliexpress do not come at all

You go to the post office there, wait 3-4 minutes, then they will approach you. I asked if there was a package for the surname. They said 'NO' then showed the QR code they said it turns out one package is. I asked if it was possible to get through the phone number they said no. Then they tried it turns out possible. Just Horror. 🤮

How many nerves I spent picking up a package in this place. They are rude, they always send me to Krylov’s department, and how many times I went back and forth and persuaded the old women there, who even couldn’t say good afternoon, just to check my parcel that they had. The office is disgusting! Every time I see. that according to the track number, the parcel will go there, I’ll swear in my hearts and mentally say goodbye to the parcel, because even if it comes there, the notification will be sent (if it is sent) with a wild delay. He’s bored of walking and monitoring every week, they’re lazy to look at the numbers, but then they can pour them out with a dismissive look for six months, casually throwing them on the counter. A third of the packages disappeared without a trace.
