Initially Dmitry answered, as it turned out - the director, explained the situation, asked to organize 3 simple services: 1. Farewell hall on Arbuzov 2a 2. Funeral 3. Funeral meal Dmitry assured that everything will be done at a high level, he will entrust our case to Anastasia's employee and that we no more worry. Having paid an advance, they asked to make a calculation of costs, which is included in the full amount of costs, or to send a price list for services, as well as send a photo of the Farewell Hall. A day later, Anastasia reported that it was not possible to hold the Memorial meal, began to offer a cafe that did not suit us. For a long time Dmitry could not count the entire amount of expenses, and did not provide a price list and photos of the hall. On the day of the funeral, when we drove up to Novosibirsk, it turned out that Anastasia had changed the address of the Farewell Hall, now it is Arbuzova 6a. There was no time to find out, the task was to bury my father with dignity, and everything else then and after ... Arriving at the place at 6a Arbuzov, we go to the "Hall" and literally stunned. I will describe: 1. It looks like the stall that was on the back of the pavilion-kiosk where wreaths are sold. 2. The room is very cold, not heated. 3. Small and uncomfortable, there were few of us, but more than 10 it would have been cramped and uncomfortable to stand. We were in a state of shock, it was bitter and insulting to say goodbye to my father in such a place, neither Anastasia nor Dmitry apologized for the professional deception, did not regret this situation. I paid the entire amount named by them, I did not have the strength to swear and write claims. Low and despicable to use the grief of people for their own profit, on the sly to promise anything and merge, I will not recommend this company to anyone, on the contrary, I will advise you to run away from the Sib-ritual as far as possible !!!
