I could not start the car, I had to call a tow truck and take it to the service. Tk arrived urgently and without an appointment, then we had to wait for one of the masters to be released. I do not strongly recommend this company. Was passing through Chelyabinsk. I drove in with a request to replace the oil pressure sensor, put it on diagnostics (3tr), said the sensor was ok, the problem was in the valve. At home, in St. Petersburg, I changed the valve (5tr), the error remained. I changed the sensor (1.2tr) - the error is gone. Thrown into the wind 8tr thanks to the professionalism and technical literacy of the service. He offered to return the money for poor-quality diagnostics and unreasonable repairs, in response to silence. I contacted the FGR hotline, Kerg immediately “woke up”. They say they considered it, we see no reason, since in small letters in the conclusion it is written "replace the valve and perform further diagnostic work." With the same success, it was possible to replace the radio tape recorder, headlights, steering wheel and perform further diagnostic work. Conclusion: a weak technical service, with the usual for money laundering, formal, approach to repair and selling paid services. If possible, choose another OD, if not, be careful, they are bred here. Car Touareg 2016.
