I do not recommend I did repairs on Casco, I could not get confirmation for 2 weeks. Then they promised to call back for a week to set a date. Then it turned out that we needed to wait for more spare parts. As a result, more than a month practically begged for repairs. At best, they answered my calls casually and reluctantly. There is no personal manager, there is no responsibility either for terms or quality. The insurance company offered a choice between Omega and Uralavtohaus, I regret that I chose Omega.
