Everything is on the tower, the service is super, no scammers. Booked, made an advance payment, drove into the apartment, transferred the remainder and all the buzz. Booked a hotel at Nahimson 3b. 1) It's almost impossible to contact the "manager", and they won't even say hello to you if you can get through. 2) The 24-hour front desk is just a name, in fact, there was no one there except the guests even once. 3) The cleaning lady comes to clean the rooms only before the arrival of new clients; there are no basic hygiene products in the bathroom, such as toilet paper or toothpaste. 4) Transfer is not provided, although this is indicated on the hotel booking website. The only advantage was the location in the city center, and that's why I gave it 2 stars.

We booked apartments through booking.com for the duration of the training on March 27-29, 20.20. The site indicates a free reservation and cancellation it. However, in personal correspondence, the owners demanded an advance of 1/2 accommodation, which was transferred to them. In vain! Due to quarantine, our event has been canceled and we are forced to sit in Moscow. Reservations canceled 3 days prior to arrival. The owners of the apartments refused to return the advance, motivating "we will freeze your money, suddenly you want to come again." It is clear that business is suffering everywhere. But rattle money from people sitting in quarantine - bestiality. None of our people who come to Yaroslavl regularly (we have trainings there on a quarterly basis) will reserve anything else at this office. Crises and pandemics will pass - and your reputation will remain with you.
