Today I went with my family, they took it from the pool mostly, I was very disappointed, the water was icy, it was impossible to swim, all requests were warmed up, the answer was one that there was no heating, the temperature was + 24, but it felt like + 10, also went for 5 hours, there was no bottle of wine as a gift, as we were told that they did not know anything about this (a huge request, if you do not have any such promotions, then remove them from the site) Of the good, the steam rooms are good there, even excellent, the sheets are there, but they are for sale I don’t advise going there, it is more suitable for those who care about steam rooms

Sheets, slippers do not give out. The pool is very cold.

The extra hour was not given as a gift, they did not give champagne !!! The manager is terrible. The book of complaints was not given, because it is not

A good place to relax company, and not even small. Very spacious room, two steam rooms: Finnish sauna and hammam, nice pool. And the location is convenient, I recommend.
