To stand in line on the street for 30 minutes, then in line for a coupon for 40 minutes to be answered that the card did not come to them, but to another address! This is just disgusting bank work!

To get a card, I had to stand in line for 2 hours. Out of 8 windows, only 3 work. Operators are slow and sleepy like flies.
