There was a need to withdraw funds in the evening. We arrived at the bank at 19:00. The bank's working hours are until 20:00, but at 19:00 they no longer serve, employees sit on the Internet and do not care deeply about clients.

The employees (everyone I talked to) do not know the bank products they offer, some of them communicate on the verge of rudeness (this despite the fact that I only have debit products), work very slowly (everyone I saw in this branch). My money will be better off elsewhere, thanks. Special thanks to a bank employee named Alexandra, because it was she who helped me make this decision. )

The terminal for receiving and issuing money does not work all the time. There are no managers on site. One window works.

No competence, disrespect for clients, open when they want. An extremely negative impression.

Everything about this bank is disgusting. From loan conditions to customer service in the office.
