We bought a washing machine on 10/08/2020 and arranged delivery for 10/10. On the day of delivery, the driver contacted me to confirm the address that was indicated to him, and it turned out that the seller mixed up the index and instead of Chelyabinsk the goods were taken to Novosineglazovo. I began to call the hotline, 7 times called and never once gave me a clear answer where my product is located and when it was delivered, every time they said that they had passed the information to the store, expect an answer. After waiting all day and not receiving an answer, I went to the store in Almaz, where they told me that they had not received more than one request, and the nearest delivery is possible only on 12.10. Awful attitude towards customers, why, due to the mistake of your employees, I have to wait two more days for delivery. I asked to deliver at least the 11th, to which I was told that you were already late, it was necessary to re-register the delivery until 17 o'clock !! And from where could I know this ?? if I waited all day for an answer from at least someone .. It's terribly simple, they didn't even apologize for their jambs ... Had a better opinion of your company ...

Today I wanted to buy a phone by installments. The consultant was polite, but she approached the credit counter, the girl allowed herself to speak very unattractively, in a raised voice. I could not answer trivial questions. The first time I wanted to take it in installments, and I needed to explain some points. I left without buying, I didn't want to get involved with the cattle. Disappointed. All my life I have been buying equipment in MVideo, but I have not yet encountered such disgrace. I made an order via the Internet, the program showed that the goods were in stock. I didn’t pay with a credit card, I think it’s better not to risk it again. I was ready to come on the same day to pay and pick up the goods at the checkout. An SMS notification arrived that they will soon collect and call. I’ve been waiting for a week, the order is all “being processed”! I looked at the availability, everything is in Chelyabinsk, but things are still there!

I used to think a decent store, but in the end they sell defective goods and also refuse to give an adequate replacement for their rubbish at a price. It turned out to be junk iPhone 8+ in which, for half a year, they found themselves: a speaker, a charger, a fingerprint button, and even a bunch of problems related to overheating. After putting this stuff for diagnostics I had to beg for a replacement, and Hooray! We were offered it in the form of anonymous Chinese junk for 1,500 rubles =) I recommend a good store and service and I will recommend it in court to everyone.
